Location: Bristol (Office-Based)
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 base + uncapped commission
Year 1 OTE: £50,000 – 60,000
Top Performers: £70,000 – 80,000+
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00pm – 9:00pm (U.S. market hours)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Relocation Opportunity: U.S. office placement available after 6–12 months

  • Qualify leads and generate interest in our U.S.-based events
  • Book meetings and hand over sales-ready leads to senior team members
  • Support outbound sales campaigns and market growth strategies
  • Progress into senior sales, event management, or U.S.-based roles based on performance
