Salary: Scale PO1 (Scale 29-33) £39,863-£44,075 per annum

Contract: Permanent, Full time, All year round

The Suthers School is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Business and Operations Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational management of our school.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Strategic oversight of school business operations, including finance, HR, facilities, and compliance
  • Managing budgets and ensuring financial efficiency in line with Trust policies
  • Leading and developing administrative teams and overseeing recruitment processes
  • Ensuring robust systems for governance, health and safety, and statutory compliance
  • Working closely with the Headteacher and Nova Education Trust to deliver operational excellence
We are looking for an individual with:
  • A recognised management/business degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Significant senior-level experience in Finance, HR, or Facilities Management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • A proactive approach to change and continuous improvement
