Pearse Professionals are delighted to be partnering with a PE-backed retail business which is undertaking a significant multi-year transformation to evolve into a more digital-first operating environment.

The organisation has historically driven growth through a highly structured, price-led catalogue cycle supported by an extensive network of independents. While an online channel exists, the next phase of growth focuses on translating the core catalogue experience into a scalable, digital-first journey without disrupting the existing revenue engine. This transformation will be gradual, market by market, with varying levels of digital maturity across regions.

About the Role

This is a business-facing BA role, focused on process, requirements, customer journeys and change enablement, working closely with digital, transformation and change leadership.

You will operate in an environment that is not heavily structured and will be expected to bring your own clarity, rigour and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Map and document end-to-end customer and entrepreneur journeys
  • Translate business needs into clear, prioritised requirements
  • Support global stakeholders across markets with differing levels of digital maturity
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions (strong facilitation skills essential)
  • Partner closely with transformation and change resources to support adoption
  • Balance work across a large roadmap, with shifting priorities
