A leading insurance company in Lincoln is seeking an experienced Insurance Broking Services Manager to lead a team and manage client relationships. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure accurate processing of renewals, and support the growth of your team. Essential qualifications include extensive insurance broking experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to foster excellent client relationships. This role promotes a diverse and inclusive work environment.
We’re on the hunt for a talented Insurance Broking Services Manager who uses their knowledge and experience of the Insurance Industry to lead a team and build strong, trusted, and profitable client and customer relationships.
It’s essential that you have extensive insurance broking experience as you will be offering a complete commercial experience to existing customers. You will have the ability to prioritise and organise your workload to ensure deadlines are adhered to. You need to have excellent relationships skills, have enthusiasm and be a problem solver.
It would be advantageous if you have some team leader or people management experience.
