Employer: University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust (NHS Site).
Location: Worthing Hospital, Town: Worthing.
Salary: £24,937 – £26,598 per annum (pro rata).
Contract: Permanent.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, part‑time or job‑share opportunities available).

Job overview

Main duties of the job
  • Deliver high compassionate and quality care.
  • Exchange factual information with empathy.
  • Stock ordering, ensuring all information is up to date.
  • Support outpatient clinic activities and maintain a safe environment.
Qualifications
  • Care Certificate from an Ofqual‑regulated awarding organisation.
  • Ability to take blood.
Experience
  • Experience in NHS or NHS primary care, or internationally educated nurse/midwife/doctor with recent acute hospital experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills at a higher‑level standard of care delivery (equivalent to vocational qualification level 3) via portfolio or professional discussion.
  • Previous experience in outpatients.
