Qualifications

• Good level of expertise in creating bread concepts using test bakery equipment.
• Understanding of QMS internal procedures and the product development cycle.
• Basic knowledge of shelf life and food spoilage.

Responsibilities

• Support with bakery areas and documentation for QMS and H&S.
• Prepare concept samples and evaluate shelf life.
• Support the team with scale-up trials and collate data.
