What you’ll do day to day
  • Plan and monitor the workflow of body repair staff to ensure efficiency
  • Coordinate with insurance companies and adjusters to settle claims quickly and fairly
  • Review and validate repair estimates, providing technical advice where needed
  • Order and manage parts and supplies required for repairs
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction
  • Promote additional services and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business Maintain accurate customer records and keep customers informed throughout the repair process
  • Invoicing retail and insurance repairs
  • Updating Bodyshop management system
