Qualifications

• Must have experience in BIM procedures and strategy for projects.
• Ability to create, update, and categorize model asset information.
• Experience in running clash detection activities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for following BIM procedures and strategy for the project.
• Support digital handover processes.
• Liaise with clients' BIM teams and external teams.

Skills

Familiar with various common data environments

Knowledge of ISO 19650

Understanding of building regulations

Commercially astute

Working knowledge of StandardForms of Contract

Strong skills in Microsoft Office Applications
