Overview

We’re looking for a Spa Therapist to join our team! You should be someone who loves talking to people over the phone and face to face as you’ll work in treatments as well as on our reception desk, with a desire for providing excellent customer service and want to be part of a successful Ocean Spa team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of treatments from our product house Thalgo.
• Oversee the wet spa experience, ensuring guests are comfortable and cared for.
• Manage the reception desk, answering calls and meeting guests face to face.
• Maintain high standards of professional service and detail, caring for the environment.
• Work in a fast‑paced team, ensuring a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in beauty, massage, holistic therapy or equivalent.
• Passion for high standards and a ‘get stuck in’ attitude.
• Good communication skills, both over the phone and face to face.

Working Hours & Conditions

Open 9am‑6pm or 10am‑7pm, including weekends and bank holidays. Typical 35‑hour week. Accommodation may be provided if relocating.
