Job Responsibilities

What you will do as a Barista

• Knowledge of content and method of preparation of all beverage items in the menu
• Accountable to assist in all preparation required prior to opening
• Responsible to ensure correct stock is requisitioned, checked and stored in the bar
• To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage
• Responsible to ensure cleanliness of bar is maintained including fixtures and fittings
• Assisting guest’s during their stay and handling guest complaints
• Maximizing revenue opportunities through up selling
• Providing all required information about the hotel, available services and facilities
