Our Team

Our leading Banking & Finance practice has proven strengththrough its global presence and breadth of cross-border financing andcollateral expertise. From our offices throughout the Americas, Europeand Asia, our banking and finance team members offer the seamlessservice necessary for both multi-jurisdictional and local clients.

Our practice provides high quality legal and regulatory services to awide range of participants in the financial services sector,including: financial institutions, capital sources and other financialintermediaries, their investors, suppliers and customers, end-users offinancial services (e.g. corporate borrowers) and regulatory authorities.

Our collaborative practice model enables us to serve our clientsthroughout the life of any financing, from a project's inception toits re-financing in advance of corporate disposition or flotation and,if necessary, through its subsequent workout or, in conjunction withour restructuring and insolvency practice, insolvency or secured party disposition.

You'll have the opportunity to get involved in a varied workload withplenty of scope for direct client contact. You

You will be a qualified solicitor under the laws of England and Waleswith between 2-4 years' post-qualification experience. You'll becoming from a Banking & Finance team at a strong regional,national or international practice and will have excellent academics.You'll be motivated and eager to develop long-lasting relationships.Our associates work closely with our clients and other advisors sogood communication skills are essential.
