Seabreezes is looking to recruit a bank support worker to join the team.
Seabreezes is a residential service, which is situated within the market town of New Romney, Kent. The home supports six males and females who are autistic or have a learning disability. We are on a private housing estate, 150 metres from Greatstone Beach, with two miles of sandy shoreline.
You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As a support worker, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents.

An NVQ2 in Health & Social Care, a related area, or an equivalent or higher recognised qualification is required, along with GCSEs or NVQ2 qualifications in English and Maths. While it is not expected that all new recruits will have already attained the NVQ2 qualification, they must begin the qualification process within six months of joining and complete it within a specified timeframe. Additionally, experience working in a related environment is desirable.
