What You’ll Be Doing
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, in line with national and corporate standards.
  • Work collaboratively with consultants and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure positive patient outcomes.
  • Provide clear, professional, and compassionate advice and information to patients and their families.
  • Support senior colleagues and mentor junior staff, sharing knowledge and best practice.
  • Participate in audits, research projects, and the development of evidence‑based care pathways.
  • Take a lead role in emergency situations when required and ensure accurate documentation of incidents.
  • Maintain infection control standards and uphold patient safety at all times.
About You
  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient setting.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
  • Basic IT skills and a proactive, adaptable approach.
