We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Band 6 clinician to deliver high‑quality continence services across Leeds Community.

This is a pivotal clinical role where you will provide specialist clinical care to the patients of Leeds. You will work autonomously and as part of a nurse‑led team to deliver evidence‑based interventions and personalised care.

The clinician will provide evidence‑based interventions including education, lifestyle modification, bladder and bowel retraining, pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation, and biofeedback therapy. This can be in patients’ homes and also in clinics across the city.

  • Act as a leader, supporting junior staff and student nurses, and promoting best practices in continence care.
  • Deliver and support training for healthcare professionals, carers, and patients.
  • Collaborate with GPs, community nurses, urology, physiotherapy, and other key stakeholders.
  • Participate in audits, service reviews, and policy development to maintain a high standard of care.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to data collection for service monitoring and improvement.

This is a city‑wide service which operates Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that applicants are able to travel independently across the locality and have access to a suitable vehicle for business purposes. If necessary, adjustments can be considered in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.
