Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week) (Hybrid)>

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities within the Business customer segment. It focuses on maximizing lead conversion from both direct engagement and marketing activities, while managing existing accounts to increase Airband’s share of profitable business. Acting as a central point of contact for the Field Sales Team, the role ensures seamless communication internally and externally with customers and suppliers. The position requires representing Airband professionally to expand the customer base and strengthen brand awareness. Collaboration with other teams is, involving regular liaison with Head Office and remote working, alongside customer site visits where necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new Business opportunities
  • Planning contact programme for the existing customer base and utilise the CRM and all marketing activity to sale to Business sectors
  • Managing all Business leads that come into the Team, both via CRM ,website, telephone and other marketing activity. Portfolio selling , working closely with Field based Team to ensure a sale and timely onboarding
  • Existing Business Customers – Identify all contract due for renewal and manage the process through Salesforce. Ensure all renewals are complete and take the opportunity to sell new services/products. Where needed work with Field Business Team
  • Co-ordinate all new sales to ensure timely implementation at all stages in the process – from sale to invoice. Making sure the customer is kept up to date at all stages.
  • Establish a contact programme for all new customers
  • Relationship management – build and maintain strong relationships with Customers , internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Reporting – record and report on all activity against a set of KPI’s and adapt any reporting as required by the Business

Key Skills

  • Previous experience in an outbound or field role
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High levels of self-motivation and ambition
  • Able to meet and exceed sales targets and build robust client relationships
  • Good level of IT skills
  • Ability to calculate rate cards and negotiate effectively against clear targets
  • Experience: Proven record in a sales environment – be that desk based or direct visits
  • Team working: Demonstrated ability to work within a virtual Team, Sales Team to achieve and exceed operational targets.
  • Systems: working with CRM & telephony systems
  • Experience: Previous working in a telecommunications or similar environment would be advantageous
