A leading audio-visual integrator is seeking an Audio Visual Technician to ensure the smooth delivery of audiovisual services in London. The role involves setting up equipment, supporting virtual meetings, and mentoring junior technicians. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills and technical knowledge of AV systems, and must be adaptable and excellent communicators.

As an Audio Visual Technician, your primary responsibility is to ensure the delivery of audiovisual and media services to the business in a professional and efficient manner. You will support clients through various channels and provide technical assistance during both in‑person and virtual meetings and events. Working closely with the AV Management and Senior AV Technicians, you will contribute to continuous service improvements and mentor junior technicians in best practices.
This position is based within our end‑users organisation in London, where state‑of‑the‑art technologies, services and training are continuously invested in. Experience and seniority of the position will be reflected in the remuneration and benefits package.
40 hours per week, 9 hours a day on a rotational shift basis between 7 am‑7 pm, including an hour unpaid break, Monday‑Friday.
