A leading insurance company in Folkestone seeks an experienced Automation Manager to lead their operational automation initiatives. This newly created role requires managing the Robotic Process Automation strategy and fostering effective change management. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating robust processes and leading teams, preferably within the insurance sector. The position includes a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, reflecting the company’s commitment to its employees.
Salary £45,000 - £50,000 Dependent On Experience. Permanent. Folkestone Hybrid.
It’s an exciting time to join Saga as we continue to modernise and strengthen our Insurance business, we’re investing heavily in smart automation, innovative technology and brilliant people. We’re now looking for an Automation Manager to shape and lead our operational automation and robotics agenda — a newly created role with real influence, visibility and impact.
In this newly created role, you will partner with senior management to drive effective process improvements underpinned by robust, scalable, technology.
You will be accountable for the following areas;
As our new Automation Manager you will have experience leading the strategy and delivery of Robotic Process Automation.
Proven experience in the Insurance sector would be advantageous, but we are open to considering candidates from the wider Financial Services industry with a full awareness of working within regulations.
