The successful candidate will need to be proficient in identifying new business opportunities to self-generate property listings and develop the brand. We are looking for a property professional with an entrepreneurial spirit to take ownership of the territory and build out the business.

Responsibilities

• List and dispose of property and land via the traditional and modern method of auction
• Develop and grow a network of introducing partners- estate agents, commercial agents, solicitors, traders, etc.
• Undertaking auction appraisals/ valuations
• Supporting and encourage new buyers
• Respond to enquiries via telephone and e-mail with the support of administrator
• Developing a plan to increase income, market share and brand awareness, with business support
• Create marketing collateral which includes video tours
• Taking an active role in marketing and brand awareness with the support of the existing digital and social media framework
• Delivering excellent customer service to new and potential clients via telephone, e-mail, online and video communication

Requirements

• Previous experience of working within the property sector (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full driving licence and a willingness to travel as required
• Good knowledge of the areas
• Self-motivated, ambitious and determined.
• An ability to self-generate business and build successful business relationships
