Associate Product Manager - Reward and Benefits

As an Associate Product Manager in the Rewards &Benefits team within Tesco Technology, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering digital solutions that enhance the colleague experience across our global business. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support the development and optimisation of products that underpin our rewards, recognition, and benefits offerings.

You will be responsible for
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to define and document product features based on user needs and business goals.
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Support backlog refinement and sprint planning with engineering and design teams.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Monitor product performance and usage metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including HR, Payroll, and Technology teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Assist in managing stakeholder relationships and integrations with third-party benefits platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in all product developments.
You will need

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
  • Experience working with Reward and Benefits systems is a plus.

  • Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary
