Your work will shape how brands connect with audiences, measure impact, and optimise campaigns. This is your chance to combine analytical thinking with creativity to influence digital media strategies that make a real difference.**What you’ll be doing*** Lead brand lift studies from start to finish on Reddit’s platform.* Run kick-off calls, design surveys, analyse data, and present insights to internal and external teams.* Deliver clear, actionable recommendations based on research objectives.* Collaborate with sales and ad measurement teams to meet timelines and maintain quality.* Spot opportunities to improve processes and proactively address challenges.**The ideal skills & experience*** At least 1 year in advertising research or measurement, with knowledge of experimentation and basic statistical methods.* Experience in client-facing roles, ideally in digital ad research, ad tech, or media.* Strong communication skills – you’re confident presenting data and telling stories that inspire action.* Detail-oriented with excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.* Degree in marketing, business, economics, statistics, or a related field.
