Our hybrid working model is 3 days office/2 days home weekly.**Core responsibilities** The Associate Manager, Global Retail Communications role supports earned media activities across LEGO Brand Retail globally, including 200+ LEGO Stores and shop.LEGO.com. You will help deliver global campaigns and toolkits that translate audience and channel objectives into impactful global and local market activations.This role is part of the global Markets & Channels Communications team within Corporate Brand Communications, featuring earned media specialists. You will collaborate closely with senior managers, global communications, marketing, and agency teams to develop and implement strategies that propel the group’s retail enterprise on a global scale. By supporting senior leadership, you will prioritize and activate earned media strategies that drive the success of our retail initiatives worldwide.Experience in a PR/communications role or similar, ideally supporting global brands, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, or retail brands.Strong commercial understanding, preferably from a retail environment, or related experience in crafting shopper and retail marketing solutions.Clear, concise communicator with strong writing skills. Excellent multitasking capabilities with project management, planning, and organisational skills.Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed organisation, working cross-functionally and building positive relationships as a collaborative team player.Children are our role models.
