Job Title: Associate – Energy Projects

The role in 60 seconds

What you’ll do
  • Advise clients across the life cycle of energy and infrastructure projects, from project inception to construction, financing, operation, and decommissioning.
  • Work across technologies including solar, wind, battery storage, hydrogen, nuclear and heat networks.
  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts such as EPC, installation agreements, O&M, route-to-market agreements, and grid connection contracts.
  • Support on project financing transactions, sales and purchases of projects — liaising with lenders, investors and sponsors to structure success.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other disciplines to deliver commercially focused advice.
  • Contribute to business development and client relationships, identifying opportunities in emerging technologies and markets.
What we’re looking for
