This is a development role that can be based across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. We're looking for current Trades people who are interested in developing and progressing in their careers into Management.

The Customer

This will be working within our Northern division and can be based across varying sites across the Yorkshire and Lincolnshire regions (Sheffield, Hull, Grimsby, Boston, Stoke, or Chester).

Duties and Responsibilities

We’re seeking skilled tradespeople ready to take the next step in their career. Through our fast‑track development programme, you’ll progress into an Assistant Site Manager position within 12 months, with further opportunities for promotion.

  • Training is primarily "on the job," supported by our in‑house Training & Development team.
  • You’ll gain placements across the wider business to broaden your experience.
  • Competitive salary and full benefits package included.
  • We're looking for individuals with an existing Construction/Refurbishment background (for example: Joiner, Bricklayer, Carpenter, Plasterer, Ground Worker, Electrician). Existing formal training or a formal Trades‑related qualification would be desirable, however operational Trades experience is just as important to us!
  • This is an excellent 12‑month fast‑track opportunity for any already successful Trades person.
