Qualifications

• Knowledge of building regulations and retrofit standards.
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel across multiple sites.
• Experience with sustainability initiatives like SHDF.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Retrofit Coordination on live projects.
• Assist with quality assurance (QA) on Retrofit Assessments.
• Carry out inspections on site and report findings.
