Position overview

We’re looking for an ambitious, personable Assistant Centre Manager with a drive for operational excellence and a sharp eye for detail. Based in a premium serviced office in central London, you’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and delivering an outstanding experience for clients and guests.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee on-site teams including Client Experience Assistants, cleaners, maintenance staff, and contractors—ensuring clear priorities, balanced workloads, and seamless daily operations
  • Run regular 1:1s, support goal setting, and contribute to individual development plans
  • Coordinate and document daily team briefings to keep operations aligned and consistent
  • Manage rotas, authorise leave, and track team absences accurately
  • Step in as acting Centre Manager when required
  • Maintain impeccable standards across the space, with a strong focus on cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality

Experience
