A leading care organization in Andover is seeking an Assistant Manager for a children's residential home. You will ensure the smooth running of the home and support the Registered Manager. Responsibilities include compliance with regulations, managing budgets, and safeguarding young people. ARC HD Services Ltd, part of Community Integrated Care, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9–18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma‑related behaviours. We run four small, nurturing homes—each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to individual needs. Every child has their own private space, plus shared areas for connection and community.
