We are Made with Love Bridal, an Australian luxury bridal brand known for our effortlessly chic, quality, and distinctly personable bridal experience. We are an internationally recognised, family-owned business with 8 MWL boutiques and more than 160 Stockists worldwide.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager for our MWL London Flagship Boutique. We are looking for a passionate, motivated & highly organised person who will thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure and is passionate about sales and providing exceptional customer service; a responsible and proactive individual to work alongside our boutique manager, assisting with admin, daily boutique tasks, and sales driven while providing a memorable experience to your brides.

This role is part-time, 5 days a week (including at least one weekend day!), with a competitive salary for the right candidate, and commission.

What you will be doing
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assist with handling complaints, and ensure a positive bridal experience.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets, upsell products, and stylist coaching.
  • Support manager in training, meetings, and overseeing staff performance.
  • Conducting one-on-one bridal appointments and providing exceptional customer service to our brides daily.
  • Developing genuine relationships with each bride.
  • Providing outstanding after-sales service to our brides via email and phone.
  • Ensuring the boutique always has exceptional presentation, including cleanliness and merchandising; monitor stock levels, assist with ordering samples.
  • Managing appointment bookings and general boutique administration.
  • Achieving sales targets and managing overall boutique sales.
About you
  • You are meticulous with impeccable attention to detail
  • A strong passion for fashion and bridal
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, demonstrating strong organizational, communication, and team management skills.
  • Experience in a retail environment (luxury or bridal experience is a plus)
  • Have a passion for making the bride’s dreams become a reality!
  • Results-driven and sales-oriented with a proven track record of success
The Important bits
  • Full time, 5 days a week (Saturday or Sundays are a must!)
  • Boutique based in Whitechapel, London.
  • Competitive salary plus generous commission
