Assistant Manager

Caledonian is looking for exceptional individuals aspiring to excel in the hospitality industry operating all year-round.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with the management of the hotel operation, ensuring delivery of exceptional guest service from each department.
  • Assist with leading, coaching and motivating the hotel team.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints.
  • Ensure awareness and compliance with all Health & Safety work practices.
  • Perform Duty Management shifts as required.
  • Proactively encourage development and motivation for self and others.
  • Ensure 100% compliance on all mandatory training for the hotel.
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment promoting teamwork and employee satisfaction.
About you
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hotel industry, preferably in front office operations
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Have excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Have excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach to colleagues and customers.
