Qualifications

• Member of the PGA of Canada in good standing is highly preferred.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in Golf Genius and Lightspeed POS is a strong asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Coordinate, train and supervise pro shop and outside services staff.
• Assist in coordinating groups, leagues and tournament play.
