As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service across our sales, maintenance, and housekeeping departments. The highlight of your role will be the bustling September period, where you will support the General Manager and the wider site team inthe check-in, check-out, and room turnaround processes. Person Specification

• Previous experience in team management within a similar role or environment

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is desirable but not essential
