We’re more than just a nursery group. We’re the UK’s most innovative early‑years education provider.

At N Family Club, we dreamed of reimagining early years education. Becoming a place that fosters creativity, embraces a curriculum‑led approach, and prepares children for the modern world. We’re proudly making our dream a reality – and we want you to be a part of it!

As an Assistant Educator at N Family, you’ll support your team in creating an inspirational environment that delivers the best care and education – guiding every child to dream big, think independently, and explore the world with confidence. In our fast‑paced, ever‑evolving nursery, you'll learn from experienced educators, understand the different needs of all the children in your care, and help bring our N Curriculum to life as you grow and develop in your role.

Your key responsibilities

  • Follow our daily routine and ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
  • Support the planning of innovative, challenging learning experiences that encourage child development.
  • Support with high‑quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
  • Help supervise mealtimes in line with N’s safety policies.
  • Complete daily health & safety checks thoroughly, escalating concerns where needed.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
  • Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice.
  • Make sure every area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
  • Help with day‑to‑day tasks that keep the nursery running smoothly.
Our Assistant Educators should have
  • You don’t need previous experience in a similar role, just a genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children!
  • The drive to complete your full induction and take up opportunities for further training and development, including Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding and Child Protection, and the opportunity to gain a Level 2/Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • A positive, glass‑half‑full outlook.
  • Bags of drive and motivation with a ‘make it happen’ attitude!
  • A love for customer service.
  • High energy for every task you take on.
The N Advantage Package
  • Competitive salary – £26,437 - £26,957 per annum
  • Performance bonus – Up to £750 annually.
  • Flexible working – Choose 4-5 days a week for a work‑life balance that suits you.
  • Industry‑leading holiday allowance – Up to 35 days, including a personal ‘Me’ day and Christmas closure.

And that’s not all!
  • Loyalty rewards – 5‑year bonus: around‑the‑world trip + 2 bonus weeks off. 10‑year bonus: “Out of this world” experience + 2 more weeks off!
  • Referral scheme – Earn up to £1000 per successful hire.
