As an Assistant Cost Manager, you’ll play a key role in cost estimation, budget tracking, and financial analysis, helping ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
What You’ll Do:
• Supporting cost estimation using data, tools, and stakeholder input
• Tracking project budgets and analysing variances
• Assisting with NEC4 contract administration and contractor reviews
• Preparing financial reports and supporting scenario planning
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and procurement
What you bring:
• A background in Engineering or Quantity Surveying (degree or relevant experience)
• Proficiency in Excel and financial tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A proactive mindset and interest in cost management within pharma projects
