Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance.
• Experience managing a maintenance team of five or more.
• Previous involvement in project management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintenance issues within the hotel.
• Perform daily checks around the hotel.
• Conduct lift emergency release procedures.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment.
• Ensure good relationships are built with internal and external customers.
• Maintain hotel fixtures and fittings to ensure safety.
• Develop and manage emergency and energy conservation programmes.
• Coordinate renovation projects and oversee contractors.
• Perform special projects and other assigned responsibilities.
• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed.

Extensive knowledge on 4 pipe FCUs system

Centralised HVAC with Chillers knowledge
