Here at Vertu BMW York we have a great opportunity for an Assistant Afterales Manager to join the team with a competitive basic salary of £37,500 and with an OTE of up to £42,500. This is a great opportunity to join our very successful aftersales team and progress your career over time. The main focus of the role is to support the Aftersales Manager in the day‑to‑day management.

This will involve ensuring all incoming work is planned as well as managing the time and resource of your team. You will assign the aftersales team to tasks ensuring productivity is maximised and that deadlines are adhered to. As a line manager, you will be responsible for performance management and you will lead, coach and develop your team and know how to get the best out of people so they perform to their highest level.

Our ideal candidate will have previous managerial experience, either within an Assistant Afterales Manager role or Senior Aftersales role. This is an excellent opportunity to show us that you have an enviable and proven track record of performance. You will have exceptional communication skills and a full, valid UK driving licence.
