Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience in architectural technology.
• Thorough working knowledge of the UK planning process and Building Regulations.
• Understanding of relevant legislation including CDM Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support on a range of projects within the retail sector.
• Assist with coordination of design and review of consultant drawings.
• Prepare technical documentation for tender and Building Control applications.
