We’re hiring for an Applications Support Analyst (Acturis) to support our growing Technology team!

We are recruiting for an Applications Support Analyst (Acturis) to support our core insurance platforms, ensuring seamless operations across the business. Working within a dynamic environment and closely with the Senior Analyst, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for application-related support and change requests, particularly within insurance broker management systems.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting employees via phone, in-person, or other channels, ensuring excellent service and thorough documentation
  • Assisting with application issues, future acquisitions and business integrations
  • Logging and managing incidents and service requests using enterprise-level ticketing systems
  • Supporting application integration, data migration and onboarding processes during acquisitions
Qualifications
  • Experience supporting end users including insurance accounts, claims and finance handlers
  • Troubleshooting skills with escalation to third-party providers as needed
  • Strong Acturis platform knowledge and understanding of data structures preferred
  • Proficiency with enterprise-level service desk systems
  • Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to train others, share knowledge, take initiative and work dependably
