Qualifications

• Multiple years’ experience in F1 aerodynamic development.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to develop less experienced team members.
• Excellent understanding of the fundamentals of aerodynamics.
• Familiarity with CFD techniques, including non-standard models.
• Proficiency in CAD for the design of aerodynamic surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Work to clear aerodynamic objectives using CFD & experimental data.
• Report results and theories clearly to encourage idea sharing.
• Develop and empower less-experienced team members.
• Prepare, plan and execute successful wind tunnel test sessions.
