We have a rare and exciting opportunity to join our team of Advanced Practice Leads.
This post plays a critical role in ensuring that the highest standards of consistently excellent practice and values are embedded in Adult Social Care. The position plays a key role in helping Social Care teams achieve the best outcomes for people who have care and support needs.
You will support the Team Manager and Principal Social Worker to deliver on strategic priorities and transformation plans, providing a high level of quality assurance across Adult Social Care delivery.
You will participate in the delivery of professional development in accordance with our practice framework, Values in Practice and the Professional Capabilities Framework, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
The Advanced Practice Lead plays a key role in enabling the Careers Academy approach across Adult Social Care, including Practice Education, student placements, the ASYE programmes and Apprenticeships.
We’re looking for professionally qualified applicants that can demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience in working across Adult Social Care, with the skills to deliver on varied and purposeful work, enabling meaningful change for people who draw on care and support.
