They will also be responsible for the provision of support to the public and to back office functions which support social care and health staff and services. The successful candidate will be required to assist the Resource Manager in establishing and implementing business processes, systems and structures to support the key functions within the team.The role supports day to day service delivery and the review of revised operational arrangements and allocation/re-allocation of resources if required while also monitoring staff performance and providing HR support and guidance.
