A prominent academic institution in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking an administrative assistant to support a visually impaired senior lecturer in clinical research and teaching. The role is part-time, requiring 10 hours per week, and involves providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing sensitive information and organizing meetings. The purpose of this role is to provide a comprehensive administrative support to a visually impaired senior lecturer working in clinical research and teaching, using existing administrative skills to make a difference to a colleague’s working life.
This role will be 10 hours per week with the hours of work to be agreed mutually with the senior lecturer and the post holder.
This is a fixed term post available immediately until 09 September 2028.
