As an Admin Assistant with Blakedale, you will be based at Buckshaw Village Park in a bright, spacious, modern and newly refurbished office, joining a friendly and supportive team within a market-leading business experiencing exciting growth and expansion. This full-time role offers a salary of £25,000 per annum, working Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm (37.5 hours per week), with an attractive benefits package including 24 days’ annual holiday plus bank holidays and an extra day off for your birthday, as well as the opportunity to enrol in the company sharesave scheme. The role is varied and busy, involving daily administrative and customer service tasks such as answering calls, managing email enquiries, processing job cards, purchase orders and recharges, alongside weekly and monthly reporting, insurance and breakdown cost management. We are looking for a diligent, conscientious and tenacious team player with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, a positive and proactive approach, confident telephone manner and proficiency in Microsoft Office, who can take ownership of tasks, work well under pressure and use initiative to deliver an excellent customer experience.
