Ideal candidates have strong Excel skills and Legal Cashier experience. Acquisitions Reconciliation Analyst – 4COM (4Communication B.V)

Location: Southport/Hybrid | Salary: Up to £40,000 pa DOE

We are looking for a detail‑driven Analyst with strong Excel skills and Legal Cashier experience to join our Finance team. In this role you will resolve supplier queries, reconcile balances, and support our growing acquisition business.

Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve supplier queries across a range of case management systems
  • Liaise with disbursement suppliers to reconcile statements and update matter references
  • Review client and office balances on acquired matters
  • Process disbursement payments
  • Review invoices on matters to balance ledgers
  • Reconcile data within Excel
  • Assist with queries from team members across the business
  • Work closely with the Finance Integration team
  • Ensure compliance with Solicitors Regulatory Authority Rules
  • Other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Legal Cashier experience
Desired Skills
  • Experience working with a case management system
  • Involvement in acquisition/integration processes
