A leading consultancy firm in Basingstoke is seeking an Acoustic Logging Technician to take noise samples for their South East Water contract. This role involves outdoor work in various conditions, and while prior experience is beneficial, it is not essential as full training will be provided. Candidates must have a UK driving licence and enjoy flexible work hours including evenings and weekends.
RPS are seeking Acoustic Logging Technicians for our South East Water contract to take noise samples on the water network. Opportunities are available in Basingstoke, Kent and Sussex.
The RPS Asset, Surveying, and Inspection (AS&I) team provides industry leading services to the UK Water Industry. Team members are involved in services supporting Water Networks, Drainage, Surveying, Leakage Consultancy, Water Resources and Efficiency. The team analyses complex data and provides pragmatic solutions to reduce water leakage and prevent flooding and pollution in local communities.
As a key member of the Asset, Surveying, and Inspection (AS&I) business, your role as Acoustic Logging Technician is critical to our strategic priorities – to deliver great work for our clients by providing excellent customer service and executing complex operational tasks. This position provides an opportunity to progress with RPS.
You will need to work flexibly, including weekends, evenings and overtime if required. Be willing to travel to different locations. It is essential that you enjoy working outdoors, in all weather conditions.
