Joining us as an Insurance Account Handler means you’ll work Monday to Friday (no weekends). Earn a basic salary relative to your experience plus a generous bonus structure, and receive all the great benefits of working with the UK’s largest independent insurance brokers.

Requirements
  • Insurance industry experience, ideally in the professional indemnity sector.
  • Bring your best self to work every day to give our clients the best possible experience.
  • Be proactive, use initiative, and show entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Confidence to work with clients both on the phone and by email; customer service experience is important.
  • Work well with your team, have a positive outlook, be engaging, collaborative, and resilient.
  • Demonstrate honesty and integrity; essential within a financially regulated organisation.
