Job description

NORNORM is a fast‑growing circular scale‑up on a mission to redefine the workspace industry through a subscription model that’s better for people, businesses, and the planet.

We’re expanding rapidly across Europe, backed by a leading player in the furniture industry and renowned growth equity investors, and the UK is one of our key growth markets.

To fuel this growth, we’re looking for an Account Executive who’s driven by building relationships, winning new business, and guiding customers through a consultative sales journey. Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys hunting for new opportunities, and can manage the full commercial cycle from first contact to close.

You combine commercial sharpness with strong communication skills, and you’re motivated by achieving ambitious targets while helping customers transform their workspaces in a more sustainable way.

What you’ll do:
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients.
  • Proactively hunt, identify and close new business opportunities across the UK market.
  • Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, closing, contracting.
  • Manage and prioritise several client cases and commercial projects simultaneously.
  • Grow existing accounts by identifying new use cases, expansion opportunities, and upsell potential.
  • Collaborate with internal and external colleagues and partners to support client onboarding and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Represent the company professionally at client meetings, industry events, and digital touchpoints.

A competitive mindset is rewarded: your performance directly drives both business growth and your own success with performance‑based incentives.

What we’re looking for:

You are persistent, self‑motivated, and driven by a strong growth mindset. You thrive in a performance‑focused environment and are energized by targets and momentum. You communicate with confidence and are able to deliver a clear message, build trust quickly, and represent NORNORM professionally in client meetings or at events. You bring structure, drive, and resilience, and you’re motivated by turning opportunities into long‑term customer relationships.

  • 3+ years in a commercial B2B role
  • Hunting sales experience with proven ability to acquire new clients
  • Full sales cycle ownership and project management skills
  • Professional communication
  • Experience with commercial real estate, brokers, landlords, tenant reps, office leasing, or workspace providers is a plus
Why Join Us?

Joining NORNORM means being part of something bigger. You’ll collaborate with talented colleagues across Europe, learn from experienced commercial leaders, and grow in an environment that values curiosity, courage, and collaboration. You’ll play a key role in driving our growth, helping to scale circularity across the workspace industry.

Practicalities:

This role is office‑first: We value flexibility, but we believe strongly in the energy, collaboration, and fast learning that comes from being part of a high‑performing sales floor. Being together accelerates development, boosts motivation, and ensures that our outbound engine runs at full speed – especially in a fast‑paced hunting role like this.

To apply, you’ll need to have the right to work in the UK, as we’re unfortunately not able to offer visa or relocation support.
