We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and creatively-driven Account Director with strong ATL experience to join our team at M+C Saatchi UK. Delivered ATL campaigns across TV, OOH, print, radio, or fully integrated brand campaigns is essential for this role.
Our portfolio spans commercial, government, and not-for-profit clients both in the UK and globally. We’re keen to meet candidates who are experienced in or passionate about working across one or all of these areas.
As the linchpin of the team, you’ll manage the day-to-day running of campaigns while keeping an eye on the bigger picture and long-term goals.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and navigating challenging feedback with confidence.
Lead the delivery of ATL campaigns end‑to‑end, from briefing through creative development to production.
Manage the end-to-end campaign process from briefing through creative development to production.
Deliver integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including social, influencer, PR, and events.
Get under the skin of clients’ businesses, understanding their sector and market deeply.
Partner with senior leadership on strategy development and contribute to shaping client thinking.
Write and present client presentations, including creative work where appropriate.
Oversee project finances: fees, hours, burn reports, approvals, and POs.
Collaborate with Business Directors and finance teams on forecasting and long-term financial planning.
Identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong organisational and project management skills.
Build strong internal and external relationships, motivating teams and stakeholders to deliver.
Anticipate challenges, problem-solve under pressure, and maintain a positive, proactive approach.
Lead campaign development and production autonomously.
Apply critical thinking to client feedback and ensure the highest quality of work.
Boost team morale and lead by example, even during challenging times.
Proven ATL experience is essential. You must have led and delivered major ATL campaigns (e.g. TV, OOH, print, radio, integrated brand platforms).
Proven experience in creative communications agencies.
Ability to manage campaigns from briefing to delivery.
Trusted by clients as the go-to person for support and guidance.
Experience delivering campaigns beyond traditional broadcast media. -(e.g. in social or influencer channels, PR or events).
Strong relationship-building skills with excellent verbal, visual, and written communication.
Ability to motivate and manage internal teams and external partners.
Financial acumen for managing budgets, forecasting, and fee proposals.
Strategic involvement and confidence in presenting to clients.
