An esteemed educational institution in Fulbrook is looking for an Academic Learning Mentor to provide targeted academic support to students. This part-time role involves working with small groups and one-on-one to help students achieve their learning goals. Ideal candidates will have a rapport with students, a positive attitude, and an eagerness to support learners. The position is term time only with additional benefits such as professional development and health support.
Salary: Grade 8, Point 20 - 23: £16,936 - £17,890 pro-rata (£32,597 - £34,434 FTE)
Contract: Term time only + 2 INSET Days
Term: One year (in the first instance)
Hours: Part time - 22.5 hours per week over 3 days
Starting date: February 2026, or by negotiation
Reporting to: Assistant Headteacher: SENDCO & Interventions
The school is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and positive Academic Learning Mentor to join the team, ideally starting in January 2026. This post is focused on providing targeted academic support to students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, working with very small groups or on a one-to-one basis to help them achieve their learning goals.
