HR Project Manager

Our client, a well-established multi‑site organisation, is seeking an HRIS Manager to lead the delivery of a new HRIS designed to streamline and standardise HR processes across the group.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and hands‑on project professional who thrives on driving digital transformation and connecting people, systems, and business processes.

The Role

You will oversee the complete HRIS implementation, from initial planning and system configuration through to training, rollout, and post‑launch optimisation. Working closely with HR, IT, and external technology partners, you'll ensure a seamless transition, strong user engagement, and lasting process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full HRIS project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within agreed scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, tracking milestones, risks, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with system providers and internal teams to configure, test, and implement the solution.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide clear communication throughout the project.
  • Oversee workflow mapping, data migration, testing, and quality assurance.
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity, GDPR compliance, and system security.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, user documentation, and support materials.
  • Report on progress and outcomes, supporting ongoing system enhancements and continuous improvement.
About You
  • Degree educated in IT, Business Systems, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering HRIS, HCM, or ERP implementation projects.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong understanding of key HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and time & attendance.
  • Background in multi‑site or multi‑entity environments, and willingness to travel.
