A prominent utility organization is seeking an HR Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new HRIS system. This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and configuration to training and post-launch optimization. You'll collaborate closely with HR, IT, and external partners to ensure a seamless transition and improve HR processes. Our client, a well-established multi‑site organisation, is seeking an HRIS Manager to lead the delivery of a new HRIS designed to streamline and standardise HR processes across the group.
