What You’ll Be Doing

• Complete all deliveries into customers’ homes safely and professionally.
• Communicate effectively with customers prior to delivery to confirm availability.
• Ensure furniture is delivered to the requested room and that customers are not left with rubbish.
• Represent The Sofa Delivery Company values and those of our brand partners in everything you do.
• Work with your team and senior managers to provide feedback and continually improve service standards.
• Carry out daily inspections of allocated vehicles and equipment, reporting defects or missing items immediately.
• Comply with all driving laws and company policies and procedures.

The Role Is For You If

• You’re ready to work as part of a supportive two‑person team.
• You’ve held a valid driver’s licence for at least 12 months with fewer than 6 points.
