A large public sector organisation in Belfast seeks a Project Support Manager to oversee administrative functions in a key system implementation project. The role requires significant experience in risk management and prior line management experience. Candidates must have a degree and relevant experience. This position offers hybrid working and a pay of £19.10 per hour.
Are you a Project Support Manager looking to build on your experience in risk within a large public sector organisation? This is a great opportunity for someone to join a team working on a key system implementation project within the Health and Social Care Trust.
Located in Belfast, you will be key in overseeing and delivery of an effective and efficient administrative function for a large and complex regional transformation programme. You will provide line management support to a team of Project Administrators, supporting the co-ordination and delivery of programme activities including governance, documentation, tracking and reporting.
You will assist developing and maintaining documentation, including risks and issues (RAIDD) registers, benefits realisation logs and programme reports. You will attend weekly meetings with 18 workstream teams to log new risks, issues or dependencies and update on existing items. You will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders and you will adhere to best practices for information and knowledge management. You will generate weekly reports for the senior team and you will host calls to gather detail on complex issues and risks.

Location: Belfast with hybrid working
Duration: Until the end of February 2026
Pay: £19.10 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
